Our telephones are open 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

We offer evening appointments every week and Saturday appointments approximately every 6 weeks at the Practice.  We are also a member of Victoria Primary Care Network offering further extended access.

Children's Appointments

This Practice is committed to ensure that any ill child under 5 that needs to be seen will be accommodated the same day.  If clinically indicated, we would also arrange a follow up the same day to monitor our patient's clinical condition.

Practice Training Closures

The Practice will close one afternoon per month for staff training (usually on a Wednesday) emergency requests during this time will be covered by Mastercall and out phones will automatically put you through.

We also have doctors completing a GP surgery placement on a 3 monthly or longer rotation with the hospital who will also be taking appointments daily.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
